About

The years like great black oxen tread the world, and God the herdsman goads them on behind, and I am broken by their passing feet.

–W.B. Yeats, not to be confused with W.C. Fields

Broken Feet is my blog.

Brokenfeet would be a great name for a Christian rock band.

Welcome.  I hope you enjoy yourself.

Love,

Tim

I have been over 200 lbs. since at least high school, was 220 from ’95-’00 (age 23-28), packed on 30 more (with onset of holidays/light duty at work from injury/the mythic sympathy weight spouses of pregnant people are said to gain/beginning a delivery driving job) that stayed there for the next 11+ years. 2011 I got semi-serious and picked several things to watch out for, and amazingly (w/o increased exercise, which I still need) got from 250 to present (at age 41 now) 210. It is/was hard for me to be dedicated and vigilant to the changes in diet, but I am happy w/results. Would like to get & stay at 200, mebbe 190, but ultimately glad w/results.
